Although you are entering into an Agreement with Calico to disclose your information to us, we do use third party individuals and organizations to assist us, including contractors, web hosts, and others. Calico permits residents of California to use its services. Therefore, it is the intent of Calico to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell your personal data and do not discriminate against anyone exercising their privacy rights.

International Transfer

If you are located outside Canada and choose to provide information to us, Calico transfers Personal Information to Canada and processes it there.
